Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good Quality
Sound Quality was good. I prefer devices that are over the ear. These designs tend to fall out of my ears as did this pair.

Unfortunately, I stepped on mine the 2nd day, so I didn't get a lot of use/experience with them.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Good sound but break easliy
The V-MODA Bass Freq earbuds' sound quality and noise isolation are both very good. However, the 3 pairs my wife and I have had over the past 2 years have all failed in the same way. The wire breaks near the hard plastic plug and the sound cuts out in one or both earbuds. I was particularly careful not to wind the wire too tightly when storing, but it broke anyway after about 9 months. My wife's lasted about 6 months. At $20, these may still be worth getting (my first pair was $50). Just be aware that they won't last long, especially if you're exposing the wire to lots of movement (e.g. running, stuffing it in a bag). They are covered by a 1 year warranty, but I am still waiting for the replacement a month after sending in the broken ones.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - V-MODA Bass Freq Earbuds - Bling Bling Black
These ear pnones were one of the best earphone for a cheap price no doubt but i had several problems with them, for one thing the ear bud size didn't fit that well even the smallet size didn't stay in my ear too long. So it get annoying having to put them back in your ear every five -three min!! My major concern though was the ear phone jack came off when i unplugged it from my laptop, it was a total bummer only after two month this happened and i tried to get a hold of the seller for the warranty he didn't reply so i would not recomend buy it if the seller sucks!! Or dont buy at all!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great headphones
at first i did not know how to fit the head phones into my ear. ...dats to say it did not sound like i had read online...but the when i found out to get the real sound of it u have fit it tightly sealed into ur ear...that when i reallised this head phones are small but pocess great power and in bass and purity...great product

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Feel cheaply made
I had high expectations for these but was pretty disappointed. The sound quality and comfort were not what I expected.

Blogs | Appliweb Project

Welcome to my new project : Appliweb !

With Appliweb, I'll try to create a successfull opensource project, for a subject that I find most important: web development.

By successfull opensource project, I mean:

  - A Project with lots of (other) people involved

  - A Project  that will help people.

  - A Project I will eventually earn money with.

For this,

  - I've rent  a shared-server to an ISP: planetwork. A friend of mine (here) recommended them to me.

  - I setup a Joomla project, with blogs and comments and forums

  - I wrote some articles explaining my ideas and how to create them

It's the  first project that I didn't start by writing the code ! Others have failed, even if many people still looks into them....

Now the website is ready, I will begin to write some code (in javascript ! eechhhh).

I'm waiting to have something to show before I write about it in my favorite websites !

I've heard it said by Dave Winer and many many others: if only Dean had reinvested half the money raised into the Internet, then ...

OK, so you're the Dean Campaign Chief Information Officer in August 2003. The money starts to roll in. $20 million over six months, $2-4 million per month.

What would you spend the money on?

  1. What does your monthly budget look like?
  2. What is your application and infrastructure portfolio?
  3. How much will you allocate to maintenance?
  4. You're building from scratch, so what problems do you hope to avoid through wise architecture?
  5. What are your big milestones?
  6. Who are your key vendors?

How do you spend in consonance with the campaign strategy?

  1. How will you use the Internet to bring offline voters into the campaign at the same numbers as radio or television broadcasts?
  2. What is your online strategy for responding to attack ads and opposition pundits in radio, television and print?
  3. Online community takes time to build and is very hard to organize geographically. What will you do to match the state-by-state primary schedule?
  4. What can you do with online services to serve the campaign in caucus states?
  5. You are preparing for Bush to launch in Spring 2004. What are your countermeasures to reach out to moderate Republicans online while the GOP uses its advanced voter email systems to barrage 200 million validated email addresses?
  6. How will you lower the cost-per-vote vs. the GOP?

A new SDN article delves into the related commands.

The country's highest court says charging the obese for an extra seat is discriminatory. Although the ruling applies only to domestic flights, it could pave the way toward similar policies in other countries that have been grappling with the issue.
