Need some good pens
This is a good buy, I've always liked memorex. Trusted brand through and through. The real problem lies with writing of the cd's. I had bought a set of memorex pens to write with my memorex dvd's, only problem is these water-based pens dont write well on these at all. Save your money and buy some sharpies. Other then that, their great.

The only blank DVD's I'll use!
These DVD's burn well and play in all the DVD players I've tried them in (even a very finicky one). I don't use a printer, but the plain white surface looks so much nicer than the typical logos. Makes titles stand out nicely with just a sharpie.

They all work!!
This is the second time I got a 100-disc spindle of the memorex 16x DVD+R. It's been very reliable. Every single disc in the previous spindle worked like a charm. And for the price, this is an unbeatable product.

Woops
My shipment arrived with the spindle package broken(the spindle was broken totally off its base.) This was result of improper packaging and not the fault of the carrier. I was given a 20% discount to smooth my ruffled feathers. Fortunately I had an extra spindle and used that to replace the broken one that I had received. Without that, I would have been SOL. There's NO excuse for the way this was packaged. However,the media seems to be OK thus far.

Memorex Printable DVD+R
The disc that I recieved where fine and performed well. Aside from the expected performance I use printable and like to have the fullest print area on a disc. Thus I will hold ony that against my future purchase. In short, I look for complete lable coverage inner diameter.
