Rating: - Difficult INSTALL. Buggy at Bootup.
1) Took 5-6 hours to install- still NOT 100% correct.
2) First I had to uninstall old 2004 version of everything.
3) Installed new 2005ver- worked at the time.
4) Was able to install Password Manager, because my subscription had not yet expired.
5) Installed new GoBack ver4, after uninstalling older version.
6) Then, on reboot, NAV 2005ver (Norton Anti-virus)stopped working- had "windows installer" popup error, telling me to reinstall NAV 2005 again.
7) Uninstalled new NAV 2005ver.
8) Reinstalled NAV 2005ver again- selected CUSTOM install.
9) Noticed that the Cleansweep program had not been checked for install, so I selected it for install.

Rating: - horrible installation
I agree with the first reviewer for this product. The installation process for Norton systemworks 2005 are horrible. I had to install and uninstall the product about 3 times to get it FULLY operational with all the functions. During my first installation process it froze up. In the following installation attempts it also failed and finally I had to uninstall and chose custom installation to resolve the problems. I have purchase norton systemworks from 2003-2005 with firewall and 2005 has been poor constructed (accompanied with many bugs, which should not have been released until most of them are fixed).

Rating: - Poor software and no support
Tired of using your computer? Looking for new challenges? Then install this deadly software. It will meltdown your computer. Support? That's a bad word for this company. I have bought Norton products for over 15 years and I will never do it again. I should have listened to other reviews.
